Changing of Seasons & Finding Creativity in Unexpected Places

When the weather starts to change, I always feel inspired to create inside and outside of my studio.  Being an artist and mom, I find myself needing to create daily, but not always having the time to spend hours at a time painting or collaging.  My kitchen, garden and wardrobe become important avenues to explore creativity in my daily routine.

I absolutely love the fresh prints, colors and opportunities to layer that spring clothing presents.  Here are some beautiful items I will be adding to my spring wardrobe.  I always buy a variety of items at the beginning of each season that I can mix and match (with each other & with items I already have in my closet) to create many more than a few fun, fresh outfits!
